Membership Disclaimer - Medical English Association of Japan

By becoming a member of the Medical English Association of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your personal information.

a. The Association collects personal information, including but not limited to your email address and home address, for the purpose of membership administration, communication, and the provision of relevant services and benefits.

Unsubscribe and Opt-out:
a. As a member, you have the right to unsubscribe from receiving emails and newsletters from the Association at any time. You can do so by following the instructions provided in the emails or by contacting the Association directly.
b. Unsubscribing from emails and newsletters does not automatically unsubscribe you from receiving advertising mail from sponsors. To stop receiving advertising mail from sponsors, please contact the Association and request to be removed from the sponsor mailing list.

Responsibility:
a. The Association takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, it cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent nature of internet communications.
